This has been a weird week off, almost reminiscent of camp 2004. There's a term I thought of last year, that I think of when I'm at work as well as at home: Dummyproofing. This is where you do your best to make everything as obvious as possible so that the failure rate is low. It's never zero. Some dummies have the ability to outsmart you. I spent today trying to get through some tasks that just needed to happen and be gotten out of the way. One of those was music-related. Once I have a concert, I notate my music that I've performed it, I update my spreadsheet with that info as well, and then I move the music elsewhere.
