I've been experimenting with different chocolate truffle recipes and came upon a disaster with my most recent one. The first one I used only incorporated whipping cream and chocolate, but at room temperature the truffles became very soft. I purchased this rice cooker and despite following the directions my rice comes out quite lumpy. I tried again with my old rice cooker method- 1 cup rice+ 2 cups water, first washing the basmati and it came out slightly less lumpy, but not great. Suggestions please.
