I posted about my idea to Make  Bailey's Banana Colada Cupcakes here. And now I have the recipe IN PROGRESS for you. It still needs some tweaking. Please, make suggestions!

After numerous taste tests we have determined that the flavors that stand out are: chocolate, banana & liquor.

Somehow I the following flavors got lost: Bailey's & coconut.

Ok. I confess. I haven't tried these but mmmmmmmm. Don't they sound great? I nabbed this recipe from the Perfect Entertaining web site and just had to share. I love stuff like this even if I don't actually eat stuff like this.
