I'd try the upside down cake, just because it's something different. I've never had upside down cake with anything other than pineapple. Now I'm craving your peach idea!

Ohh my mom makes this super awesome cake called Summer Peach Cake. I will have to get the recipe, and she will have to make it for me (haha, I'm lazy...) It's super delicious, thanks for reminding me about it!!
