Fleet Week - Ships
It is Fleet Week in Seattle and that means the ships have sailed in! One of my co-workers and I took a late lunch and headed down to the pier to visit one of the ships that had sailed docked. Not a baseball fan
I tried to like baseball I really did but this is game #2 and I just was not able to get into it. Tonight was Felix Hernandez

Olympic Sightseeing
The roomie and I went up to Vancouver to hang out and see some of the 2010 Olympic sights. We took a one day trip up to Vancouver via the Amtrak. The ride was about 3 ½ hours and went along the water. The view was great. The Bon Jovi Concert
Bon Jovi ROCKED! I went with one of my friends who I met on the train and our seats were awesome. We could see most everything. The band opened by playing “We Weren’t Born to Follow” and then followed that up with “Shot Through the Heart”. They played songs from every album and the sound quality was great. Bon Jovi and the Olympics
In under a week I am going to be at the Bon Jovi concert. I am super excited and my iPod is starting to protest all of the Bon Jovi that I have been playing. It is going to be my first huge concert and it is going to be fun.

Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure
The TV Stations here are advertising for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure and I am thinking about doing it. It is a 3 day/60 mile walk (20 miles a day) and the proceeds go to breast cancer research. I requested an information packet so that I can learn more about the walk before I decide to do it. Beautiful Weather
It is super hard to be at work looking out the huge glass window and seeing the sunshine and blue sky. (After seeing that I checked the temperature and it is almost 50 degrees).It makes you want to go out and play. I think I have spring fever…oh well…it supposed to be nice this weekend.
