Happy Valentines Day!

I hope that everyone had a great New Year! I spent the weekend relaxing, watching movies, and getting my roomie her Christmas presents. (No, I am not late…she is still in Florida and arrives back tonight.)

Easter was nice and relaxing. The roommate did our Easter baskets and mine contained a cow that ‘pooped’ jellybeans. Talk about creative! I also got two chocolate bunnies!!!

My Christmas at home was great. I decided to spend my time with my family, as much as I wanted to see my friends I didn’t want to spend my time running around when I could be hanging out with my family. I made it home! Tuesday was the best day to fly out of SeaTac…the one day where it didn’t snow. I started calling taxis at 1:30am and I didn’t find one to pick me up until 2:45pm. Have I ever mentioned that I love The Muppets Christmas Carol? I really do. All of the songs are great and the Muppets are a hoot. It just doesn't feel like Christmas without the Muppets.

This weekend was the Christmas weekend. I was on the phone with the family trying to figure out what to get all of the relatives for Christmas and I am pretty sure that is under control now, I got my secret santa present for my coworker, and my outfit for the company Christmas party this year.

‘Tis the season and our apartment shows it. We have a tree, garland (for around the windows) and bells hanging from the doorknobs. We still need to decorate the tree and hang our stockings by the fire place and we will be good to go! I do love the holiday season.

Thanksgiving was awesome! Chenthu came down on Wednesday night and we spent the night watching TV. Thursday morning started bright and early with the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade (and yes, we watched it all). Overall, I thought the parade was great and I loved that Idina Menzel sang. (She stared in Wicked by the way)
