So I saw my doctor today for my annual.  Everything checked out fine & I got the ok to "go forth and multiply" as he puts it!  Not that I am quite ready to dip my toe into that pool of water, but it is good to know that I am doing everything I could be doing & as far as he can tell, we are ready freddy.  Now tell my little head that!  Part of me ( Read more... )

So I've got one full week of journaling down and I am feeling SO GOOD about myself!  I journaled every single day, every single bite...and I feel so much more in control.  It is amazing how something so simple can totally change things around for you.  For me, I have to journal...I just have to.  I need that accountability...I don't like seeing 5 ( Read more... )

So yesterday I had an interesting experience...let me start out by saying that I made LIFETIME!!!!  I am officially an AFTER!  I did the 6 weeks of maintenance & weighed in yesterday within the 2 pounds of my goal :)  YAY!!  And maybe one of the best parts of me making lifetime was that I got the spotlight all to myself...Tina (*name changed) was ( Read more... )

So maintenance has been HARD!!!  Since making my goal 4 weeks ago, I have had 1 week when I was actually within 2 pounds of my goal!  I seriously had a "deep sigh" moment and allowed myself to relax way too much...There was so much stress released when I made goal & I am trying to find a balance somewhere amidst all of the freedom & losing weight ( Read more... )
