We were supposed to pick up a pair of goats on Sunday, but Lori's knee went out and she couldn't walk.  This has happened periodically several times over the past two years.  Our doctor and orthopedist kept saying that they couldn't find any problem.  At one point we thought it was Lyme disease.  She got treated for that and things were better for ( Read more... )

As reported earlier, Lori and I went to the Inn at Little Washington last Thursday.  It was absolutely fantastic!  It's an experience that I think everyone should experience once in their lifetime.  Crazy expensive, but worth every penny.  It's the closest I'll ever get to living like royalty.  The rest of the weekend was spent on decidedly more ( Read more... )

Lori and I took the kids to the zoo last Friday. The panda's cooperated and put on a nice show. I think the elephants were Galen's favorite though. Perry seemed most excited about the tiger.
