I just made the big trip to the surplus on my little Putt Putt today, which reminded me why I never usually go far or take too many left turns - it's fucking scary. I've decided, and made the first concrete step, towards putting together a Rebecca Chambers from Resident Evil costume for next con/Hallowe'en/whatevers. Bought the olive drab cargo pants, already have the boots, and at least one of the belts, the one from my tac-vest that is removable.
