Miscellanea
- Just made my acting debut. Shot and finished within two hours with several of my friends! Had way too much fun, this is "so bad it's terrible" done intentionally. Bwahahahaha. Need to hang out with these friends more.
- Keep putting off my trip to the surplus for various reasons, perhaps the main one being that I'm allowing myself to take time with this Resident Evil costume and thus not panicking! It's nice, relaxing a bit. Got a possible commission for the medic vest - I'll see how she prices it and act accordingly. I told her specifically I'm costuming on the cheap so if she could find stuff that looks good but doesn't cost too much that's what I'm aiming for.
- Speaking of costuming I have another two costumes in mind - The Curse of the Black Spot Amy Pond. The pirate stuff I'll probably have to wait until around Hallowe'en to see if I can get, but at least I should be able to find a short skirt and pink leggings any time I want. Hurray, another trip to the mall! The second costume being a theoretical woman-11 which I'm not sure I'd be able to pull off but if I can somehow finagle a trip to a thrift store for a hopeful tweed jacket I might be able to.
- Speaking of Doctor Who...liking what's been happening lately, although the latest episode felt a bit...lacking. Like Moffat was planting seeds for more plot development but he wasn't bothered to worry about them too much because OMG BIG REVEAL. (Which I won't spoil.) Talk about a plot hook though! And the title of the next episode - Let's Kill Hitler! Teehee. I can't wait to see where he goes with that. Hopefully it'll be fun.
- Need to self-enforce a spending diet for so many reasons but one in specific, which I really hope happens. Still need a job too. Maybe if I keep saying it I'll act on it...haha. Oh self.
