I sometimes peak around the certain communities and I have noticed this disturbing trend where two rivals in a love triangle are written as bitter enemies when in the cannon they are not. This can turn into full on bashing.

This has been bugging me due to a recent jaunt into the Escaflowne fandom...

As strange as it may sound. I generally love most villians in anime. In my opinion, they keep the storyline interesting and add suspense to the story. There are a lot of villians out there who are very much disliked, hated, and misunderstood. I can understand for the most part why several people may not like them.
