I just randomly watched a video by Ben Parkes - he seems to be into running, which I have got out of the habit of; I think it was the fear of being judged by others.

I'm hoping to go back to doing the local 5k run when my schedule allows, maybe I can pick up some tips. Also, running with a group will help me to blend in.
