I can't believe these delicious little cookies only came into my life about a month ago. I never knew they existed until a friend introduced me. Then I was on a QUEST to make a homemade version as good as the ones from the bakery... and they turned out to be even better. You really can't go wrong with a good cream cheese pastry crust.

I am making my usual Easter treat of peanut butter eggs but this weekend I am working with a couple of celebrants of Passover and other Spring holidays.
