Seasonal Treats to share
I am making my usual Easter treat of peanut butter eggs but this weekend I am working with a couple of celebrants of Passover and other Spring holidays. Does anyone have good Kosher or Jewish recipes, also ones that are sugar free or could be made sugar free? Tall order I know, one of my friends is Diabetic so I dont want to leave him out of the fun. Difficulty isn't an issue.

Edit: He isn't kosher, he really only observes on holidays I just thought it would be a nice touch.
