My neighbors down the street, who happen to be associated with the town fire dept. were burning brush last Saturday. It sounded like someone was shooting out back or lighting off firecrackers. Back from NH. Had a nice visit although the drive up and down both took an hour longer than usual. Visited the pigs, who have grown, although one is riddled with arthritis in the legs and has undergone several rounds of antibiotics. Apparently it is a common pig problem.
