As I mentioned in my 23 week pregnancy update, Tyler and I have been busy and having lots of fun!

Last Thursday we had a rainy day (too much rain this trip!) so Tyler and I headed back to Kids Zone to climb and play.

     I got back from picking up the girls from the groomers over half an hour ago. I'm am finally calming down and the tears are stopping. When I got there I saw two groomers pinning Sofie down and she was muzzled while they wrestled with her to trim her nails. I was shocked. I have never witnessed treatment like that before.       Yikes! When did this happen? I am at 30 weeks now! 30 seemed so far away when we found out I was pregnant. I started prenatal yoga at 14 weeks and the women in their '30s' seemed so far ahead of me but all of a sudden I am here. 3/4 of the way through my pregnancy. Just over 2 months to go. Am I ready? Nope! Hahahahaha!

     Sunday we ended up going to the mall. I couldn't find dishes but I did spend the rest of my GC plus a bit more at the maternity store to buy my comfy sweater and pants.      So cards finally got done and dropped into the mail. Sofie is still a beautiful Puff after her grooming trip but she always looks nice. We discovered the groomer even put a bow at the base of her tail that you can only see when it is uncurled. Cute!      I tell ya I have some amazing friends! Because of geographical issues there will be no surprise baby showers for me. My mom is planning one that will be held in a restaurant near my family. We made out the guest list and chose a date - Saturday, April 18 - for a lunch time shower. I'm really looking forward to it and it is so exciting planning ( Read more... )

     I'm sitting in my kitchen at the new dinner table watching it snow. Aside from a couple of flurries this is the first time it has snowed but I doubt there will be any accumulation.
