House pics (entry, kitchen, dining)
Uhm so what have I been up to this past week? Good question. We did get to see Zack and Miri Make a Porno and it was such a great movie. I got my new little Crock Pot in the mail the other day (2.5 qt) and it was perfect for the chicken cacciatore I made for dinner today. The furniture people tried to deliver me a replacement chair for my dining set but it was damaged.
We went to the furniture store today and got a very simple kitchen table set. It is the same (counter) height as the dining set. That comes in handy as my dining table can fit 8 people around it (with the leaf) but I only bought 6 chairs. I mean, where am I going to store the extra chairs? So now I'll be able to use my kitchen chairs with it if I have that many guests. I can't use my current ones as they are traditional height and my guests would have to be boosted with phone books. It will be here in a week. We also stopped by Bed Bath & Beyond and got a new bedding set. I haven't put it on yet, I want the light to decide if I like the colour.

As I may have previously mentioned I still have stuff to do. I'm waiting on the end tables for the living room, I still haven't hung pictures, and I just got bedding for the master bedroom today so that means that there is going to be some linen rearranging happening around here if I decide I like it. Plus I'll get the valences that match the bedding for the bedroom.
Chris was in his Class A uniform the other day for work, I couldn't resist snapping a picture.
