It's soupy out there. Chunky frozen soup. When I walked under trees or awnings big drips of melted snow (aka water) splattered on my head. I'd neglected to bring my hat. It has snowed so much! I think at least 6 inches, but in a city that is essentially totally unprepared for snow maintenance, that's quite a lot.
