I'm looking for a picture I saw on Tumblr but can't find now. It's a drawing of Rapunzel but not the Disney version. It had a golden tone. Rapunzel is kneeling at the window and looking out. I remember a a rag doll is one of the items in the tower.

What is the wide flat part on either side of a set of outdoor steps called? What I mean can be seen in this picture. From my research I can name ALL of the stair-parts in that image but the one I want. HALP.
