I'm trying to find the name of the artist that painted the portrait of Vivien Leigh as Scarlett O'Hara that hangs over Rhett's fireplace in Gone with the Wind? I know that its current home is at the Margaret Mitchell house in Atlanta but i can't see to find much information at all. I hope this is the right place to ask, thank you in advance!

A while back I watched a short film On Demand that was made in the 1930s. It was between 30-45 minutes long. I can't remember the exact details of the plot, but it involved teenagers, and a ...schoolteacher?... who didn't like dancing at all, so she forbade it. I hope this is allowed! I'm looking for an animated GIF that I saw a while ago. It's 100 x 100 pixels, black and white, with an eye that opens, looks around and closes again on a loop. I think it might be from a film around 1920s - 1950s era.
