So I'm having that period that you wish every month you don't get. The really heavy, painful, drowsy, irritable period. So. My diet didn't work. I was eating 1/3 of a baked chicken breast, with less than 1/3 of a cup of lima beans or some other veggie like broccoli three times a day.
