Sorry I'm late everybody! I know, it's my first entry, and I'm late! Oh well, let's get started.

BREAKFAST- 1cup of Total breakfast cereal, with half a cup of skim milk, and 10 grapes. That's 234 calories.

LUNCH- 7 shrimp, 2 cups of romaine lettuce, and 2 tbsp of italian dressing. 151 calories.

SNACK- 1 medium apple. 95 calories.

DINNER- Half a chicken breast, and half a cup of brown rice. 322 calories.

So, in total, I ate 802 calories today. Plus, I believe I drank 5 bottles of water. That's 2500ml. Yay?

And I did all the exercises on the sheet Spencer and I thought up! Basic stuff like curls, sit-ups, squats, and hip twists. Not the best, but I'm a little sore. Going to be worse tomorrow I'm sure. :) Tomorrow is pool day though, so it shouldn't be too bad.

I'm feeling a little bit weak, and I have a bit of a headache, but I'm going to try to eat more tomorrow. I should be having 1000 calories a day, not 800.
