BREAKFAST: Total again. 2 cups of it this time, love that stuff! With half a cup of skim milk. 360 calories.
LUNCH: 7 shrimp, with 1.5 cups of cucumber slices. 99 calories. Can you believe that? :)
SNACK: None.
DINNER: 2/3 cup of grits, with 3 slices of low fat American cheese. 470 calories.
TOTAL CALORIES: 929
Ok, so tonight I went to a friend's house, hence why I skipped snack. Should have had a bigger lunch and a smaller dinner, but whatever. Did my exercises today, the squats reallly hurt because my legs are still sore, but I managed to do 10 of them. My belly dancing video should be arriving soon, I can't wait! That will mostly be taking over my exercises, but definitely not all of them. Anyway, yeah. Everything's going well so far. :)
