It's so much easier to pick characters who got too much screen time. The sort of characters you just roll your eyes when they come on screen and go off and do things that need doing (like homework or paying bills or checking e-mails). But I've pretty much listed all of them. I've also listed off all the people who have plenty of screen time but I very happily would've watched even more. Which leaves very few people left to choose from. So I choose Oz. For much of Season Two he would appear briefly and then disappear again. In Season Three he was in every episode, but never really enough. Season Four is just painful with the Oz. I think, of all the characters, he's probably the coolest one who had the least amount of screen time. So, Oz I say! (In the same vein, I guess you could say Tara as well. Although I feel like she had equal to or more screen time than Oz.)
