Summary: Yuri decided to test it out and is what he's feeling, feelings for Yamada?
Yuri decided to try it out. He had thought about it for days and decided that this is the best way to confirm it.
He hesitated at first, unsure if doing this is right. The plan sounds as if he's invading Yamada's privacy and he had put if off but as the days passed and the thought continue to haunt he couldn't resist it anymore.
Tonight, he'll put it into action and he'll test it out.
He was feeling so nervous when they both return to their room after the day of practice.
He had requested to bathe first and Yamada had let him, not thinking much about it.
Yamada waited for Yuri to get out of the toilet before gathering his clothes and entering it.
Yuri faked a yawn and Yamada smiled at him.
"Sleep early and rest well~"
Yuri nodded and after he finish drying his hair, he went to his bed.
He's going to do it. He's going to carry out the plan and just by thinking it made him so nervous.
Taking a deep breathe, he calmed himself down and lied down on his bed.
When he heard the water sound stop in the toilet, he quickly closed his eyes and pretend to be asleep.
He heard Yamada exit the toilet and switch off the lights inside.
Yamada dry his hair as he walked out and checking that Yuri has slept, he turned off all the other lights leaving only one on.
Yuri could sense that the room's lights were turned off except for a small one and his heart started to thump faster.
It's going to happen anytime soon. He forced himself to breathe normally, slow and steady so that it sounds like he's fast asleep.
When Yamada finished drying his hair and packing his stuff for tomorrow, he went over to Yuri's bed again. His daily routine.
He sat down on Yuri's bed gently, careful not to wake him up.
Yuri felt him sit down and couldn't help but feel more nervous than before. He was rubbing his hands under the blanket, trying to get rid of his nervousness.
He managed to keep his breathing pace and Yamada didn't suspect anything.
Yamada placed his hand on Yuri's face and gently stroke it.
It was soft and gentle and Yuri liked it. Yamada's hands were cold after the bath but it felt nice against his skins.
"Oyasumi, Chii."
Silently, he replied Yamada in his heart.
"Oyasumi, Yama-chan~"
He felt him lean in, bending down and going closer...
Yamada kissed him on his forehead gently and pat his head once more before turning off the light.
Yuri blushed. He was lucky that Yamada didn't notice it as he turned the lights off and climbed into his bed.
So it's true.
Yuri's heart was racing. Yamada had been so close to him. He had kissed him.
Yamada's lips were so soft and it left him a tingling sensation.
To tell the truth, it felt nice and Yuri kinda like it.
It's gonna be a long night for him..
The next morning when Yamada greeted him sleepily with a yawn, Yuri can't help but blush. He avoided Yamada's eye and went into the toilet to wash up.
Yamada was bewildered but didn't think much of it.
Yuri clutched at his heart as soon as he locked the door behind him.
It's beating fast again. He had a hard time sleeping yesterday, unable to calm down after the experience and he didn't exactly sleep much.
If he hadn't hear wrongly, yesterday Yamada was sleep-talking and he heard his name. But he wasn't sure what Yamada was saying exactly. He was mumbling in his sleep but he heard his name clearly.
Even in his sleep!
Yuri splashed water onto his face and exited the toilet after brushing his teeth.
When he got out, he found Yamada slumped on his bed and curled up like a ball, back to sleep.
He smiled and went over to him.
"Yama-chan! Yama-chan!"
He shook Yamada gently, trying to wake him up.
Yamada mumbled once more and opened his eyes, rubbing it slightly.
He pushed himself up and suddenly the gap between Yuri and Yamada was shortened. Yuri held his breathe as he looked at Yamada's sleepy face.
He could feel his heart racing again and his face heating up.
Yamada smiled at him and he stopped breathing.
Coming to his senses, he pulled Yamada up and pushed him into the toilet, closing it when he got in.
He sank to the floor.
What is this?
He couldn't be sure if he fell for Yamada or was it simply the after effects of knowing that Yamada loves him.
Probably due to the kiss he felt yesterday too. Yuri got up and went down the stairs, not bothering to wait for Yamada.
"Chii!"
Yuto waved at him and grin when Yuri came down of the stairs.
"Ohayo Yuto~"
He went down and sat beside Yuto and grabbed a piece of bread.
"Chii, you forgot your phone again. You left it in my bag yesterday."
"Oh. Gomen na."
Yuri took his phone from Yuto and switched it on. He had turned it off yesterday so that he could focus on practice.
He chewed on the bread as he watch his phone come back to life.
A buzz and he looked down to find a new message from an unknown number. However, the preview showed that it was from Yuma.
Standing up suddenly, he ran up the stairs and gave Yuto a shock.
When Yuri was safely upstairs, he looked around and when he sure he was alone, he opened the message.
"Yuma-kun.."
"Yuma.
Chii! How are you doing? I've finally settled down here and I'm sending this message using my friend's phone. My mum took mine away so I can't contact you guys. I'm sorry!
So how are you lately? Hope you're still smiling. ^^ You know I love your smiles.
I'm staying in my school's dormitory and now I gained 2 new room mates. Haha. They're nice people and if I had the chance, I'll introduce them to you!
School's ok so far, they're all speaking english here and it's so difficult to catch up! I need to study hard and improve my english.
I missed you so much Chii. I really do. How I wish you were here with me.
I would've asked you to wait for me, wait for me to return to your side but I know that wouldn't be fair to you. I'll be gone for years and I can't be that selfish. So I'm letting you go. I'm sure you'll find someone better than me. Someone that'll treat you better.

Yuri read through the message over and over again. It was long but it didn't matter to him. Yuma had messaged him. After so long of nothing, Yuma finally messaged him.
Yuri could feel the tears coming and he tried to control. No, he's not going to cry over Yuma again.
He's living well over there and Yuri should be happy for him.
"So I'm letting you go.." Yuri whispered that line softly.
Does that mean that we really broke up?
Somehow deep down inside Yuri's heart, he hadn't totally accept the fact that Yuma had broken up with him. His heart had refused to believe it. But now, after reading the message that Yuma had sent, he finally accepted it. It's the truth and he had to.
It still hurts, just a little.
He'll be fine. Taking in deep breathes, Yuri calmed himself down.
He'll let it go. He'll let Yuma go. Let this relationship go. Let his love for Yuma go.
It's over between them and he'll kept the precious memories with him forever.
Slowly, Yuri got up from his position and head back to his room.
