Summary: Yamada watched as Yuri prepared to go out with Yuma.
Yamada watched as Yuri bounced off his bed and head to his closet, searching through for something to change into. He sighed. No need to ask, Yuri must be going out with that Yuma. Again.
He didn't say anything as he continue to watch him searching, giving opinions when Yuri asked for one.
Finally, after helping Yuri choose an outfit that he think is suitable, he pushed Yuri into the toilet and got him to change. Yuri insisted that he could just change in the room, it's not like they are strangers.
Yamada and Yuri had been sharing a room for years.
But Yamada waved his comments away and just got him to get into the toilet, throwing his clothes in after him.
Yamada sank into his bed and he ruffled his hair in frustration.
What exactly is he doing?
Even though he didn't want Yuri to leave. To go out and have fun with that Yuma, he can't resist helping him.
He just love his smile and when Yuri open his mouth to ask him, whatever he asked for, Yamada would comply.
He wouldn't think twice when it's Yuri asking for help.
Yuri came out of the toilet, he didn't bother locking the door.
Standing in front of Yamada, he turned around with his hands spread out.
"Dou?"
Yamada nodded and gave him a soft smile.
"Arigatou! Ja, itekimasu."
"Iterashai."
Yuri ran out of the door, excited to meet Yuma. Apparently, he was already waiting for him downstairs and he didn't want him to wait long.
Yamada watched as he leave, all bouncy and smiley.
When Yuri announced to him that Yuma had asked him out, he couldn't believe his ears.
He wanted to stop him, to ask him to refuse Yuma's request but he kept quiet.
And now, this had happen.
Yamada couldn't help but blame himself. If he had stopped Yuri back then, if he had confessed. Telling him to refuse Yuma and accept him, would things be different now?
Maybe, just maybe.
Maybe Yuri wouldn't be skipping out of their room after a call from him. Maybe they would be spending their time together.
Maybe Yuri would be his.
He sighed again and stood up. He went to the window and saw Yuma waiting downstairs.
The weather was fine, seeming to mock his feelings.
A perfect day for a date. To go out and play. Which is why Yuma had called.
He heard a soft buzz in the room and then a soft tune played.
Yuri's phone.
"Ano baka."
He picked it up from his bed and went out of his room, down the stairs.
"Chii!"
"Yama-chan? He just went out."
Yamada thanked Yuto and quickly put on his shoes before running out.
Turning around the bend, he just managed to catch them.
Yuri had his arms hooked around Yuma's, laughing as he did so.
He looked so happy, so in love when he's around Yuma.
He can't stand it.
Yamada watched as Yuri snuggled towards Yuma, making him smile.
Yuma ruffled his hair and pulled him closer.
Yuri beamed at him.
Ouch. That hurt.
Yamada ran forward to them, calling out to Yuri.
“Chii! Chii!"
Yuri turned around at the sound of Yamada's voice and found him running after them.
He stopped and pulled Yuma along.
He wondered why and saw the phone in Yamada's hand.
Smacking his forehead, he stuck out his tongue at Yuma and then ran towards Yamada.
Yuma watched as he left, laughing.
"Ano baka."
Yamada heard it. The exact same thing that he said.
Ignoring it, he reached Yuri and passed him his phone, pushing Yuri's head slightly with his fingers.
Yuri gave him an apologetic smile and went back to Yuma.
"Itekimasu!"
Yamada nodded as he watched them leave. Both in their own world and laughing happily.
He sighed and turn back, heading towards the house.
