The sun came out about 13:00. Saturday was mostly rain, from Hurricane tropical depression Harvey passing through, and the morning was still overcast.

I took Metro to work today. The bike ride would have been an hour in the rain. I would have worked from home, except that the new person is shadowing me to learn what we do.

anniemal's picking a fight with the contractors working on the empty house next door. The house has been vacant for months, and I guess someone has bought it and is making changes before moving in (or the seller is trying to make it more attractive?).
