Another great chapter. What a great conversation between Faith and Luke. I kind of wondered if the rest of the family would be miffed at Luke for letting Lily go.

Yeah, I do try to keep it realistic:-))) Oakhell has been the 'let's-sweep-it-all-under-the-rug-and-pretend-it-never-happened'-capital for way too long:-))

And I love the writer!Luke too! Who knows...maybe we can get him to really write a book this time:-) I do remember reading a fic about a book that Luke wrote. That was a awesome fic!

I really like how you write Faith. And I agree with the other commenters - her banter with Luke is spot-on.

I must say… your taste in men made one hell of a quantum leap, bro.

“I’m glad he’s not nice to everybody, to be honest,” Faith sounded a little shy now, “that makes it more special when he’s nice to me.”

Plus, she obviously has good sense when it comes to Reid.

Yeah, she does!:-) If I grew up as an Oakhell Snyder, I know I would hunger for someone like Reid. Honest, solid and without drama. What a fresh wind THAT would be:-)

I totally agree. It's very believable that the Snyder kids would see Reid as a safe haven - reliable, true-to-his-word, dependable - in all the best definition of those words.
