Ugh. I can't seem to stop eating. I'm not hungry and I know it. I guess it's stress or depression eating. I have gained all the weight back that I lost last December. So today was the follow-up of my labs. My A1C went up.... way up, having meds again, and only sporadically did more damage than good it seems. I have 8 weeks to try one more med and if that doesn't bring it down I will have to go on insulin. I do NOT want to go on insulin. Also, according to the scale I gained 7lbs! In 4 months! Um NO! Maybe I am just too much of a perfectionist for my hobby. I am so frustrated with my knitting right now I can't stand it! I keep trying to get things right.
