I am very busy at work and with everything else right now, but I wanted to write today because it’s my weigh-in day. I lost almost 3 and a half pounds this week, which means that I’m about to be the lowest weight I've been in my adult life. Last night, Caroline and I worked out for 90 minutes with a personal trainer. It cost us each about $15, which isn’t too expensive for a one time event but is way too much to pay for a regular workout. Leon emailed me over the weekend and also noted in his blog that Chester died. I was saddened by the news, but it’s been almost two years since I moved to Prague and, as Leon wrote, Chester really ceased being mine when I developed an allergy to the guinea pigs, so I feel pretty detached from it.
