A Quick Diet Update

I am very busy at work and with everything else right now, but I wanted to write today because it’s my weigh-in day. I lost almost 3 and a half pounds this week, which means that I’m about to be the lowest weight I've been in my adult life. I still haven't looked at the French diet book that was recommended to me, so I've just been eating less. I actually eat a lot of fast food (or I was) and so I haven't been doing that; no more chocolate croissants in the morning; more salads...things like that.

It's easier said than done, I know. It's like I've known all my life how to eat healthy foods but sometimes it's just so much easier (and tastier) to go to McDonald's. Although I don't think McDonald's tempts you like it does me. :)
