I, for one, am glad to have Christmas in my rearview mirror. It was a great day. Barb came over and we unwrapped gifts. Dinner was prime rib with au jus, scalloped potatoes, young asparagus with a lemon aioli mayo, then Christmas pudding for dessert. It was sweet, sticky and really yummy!
