It's started out pretty well. On Monday, we took around all of the baked goodies we had made and everyone was home. Yay. Tuesday was taking things to the post office, running errands and what not.

We are about to head up into the Foothills for the 4th of July. Lisa is coming over to collect Trouble at noon and take her to her place for an extended play date with her sister. Yesterday was Spring into Zin on Steiner Road. There are 12 wineries that participate in this event and each one offers wine tastings and paired snacks. for the designated drivers, they get to sample the snacks, but not the wine. Yesterday was quite the day and I'm still a bit tired from it. We had breakfast at the Sutter Greek restaurant and then headed down the hill. We stopped at the Clements Market to pick up some chicken pot pies and got back to town around 10:30. Barb was happy because it meant she could get to the 11 mass at her church ( Read more... )
