Yesterday was Spring into Zin on Steiner Road. There are 12 wineries that participate in this event and each one offers wine tastings and paired snacks. for the designated drivers, they get to sample the snacks, but not the wine. Yesterday was a great day, but, boy, am I poop. We headed to Jeff’s to pick him up at 9:30 and headed up to the Foothills for Spring into Zin - a celebration of the wineries on Steiner Road. Nothing really much is going on here. The days blend one into the other. Slowly, Spring is finding us at last. We are moving from the 50's to the 60 and even the 70's. Another day much like the one previous, although we were both a bit more energetic today. During breakfast, we caught up with some of the folks we met on Cruise Critic and then headed down to our cabin for a mandatory Covid test. Saturday broke with sun and some frost. It was nice to escape from the fog and we celebrated by heading over to Buffalo Chips for breakfast. They have some of the best breakfasts, even if their service is a little well flamboyant at times. We had probably the best dinner party we've ever had last night. All the dishes came out perfectly and were no fuss to make. There was no drama and best of all, absolutely no mess in the kitchen this morning!
