I've been in a full-fledged move-in phase for the last fourteen days. Truthfully, I'm not as far along as I'd hoped, but the place really is coming together. Shortly after posting my last entry back on Wednesday, my parents came home with news about our sick German Shepherd, Blu. A large growth was noticed inside his gut and the vets assumed it was blood. The whirlwind courtship of Leann continues! I'd forgotten how nice it is to live within driving distance of someone you're trying to date. It's nice to be able to talk to her online and then offer to run out and grab her on a whim for a quick run somewhere. So we've had several days now completely above freezing day and night, and the snow that has covered the valley for two weeks is nearly totally gone.
