Is it just me, or could English use a new verb tense?  I was trying to express something in the sense of "if we ever, in any way, at any time, do such-and-such an action", with said action being removed from the context of past, future, present, condition, etc.  A verb outside time as it were.  Is writing it "if I play" good enough ( Read more... )

My house smells awesome.

And as it does now and again, Thanksgiving also falls on my parents' wedding anniversary.  It's their 33rd.  And I've got to say, one of the things I am profoundly thankful for is that my parents love God, love each other, and love me.
