I just got done bottling my first batch of beer. It took me way longer than I expected, because I underestimated how much time the whole sanitation issue would consume. I checked on my beer today, but didn't taste it. I'm afraid I will spoil it if I fuck with it too much. It is clearing up well and most of the floating colonies of yeast seem to be gone. I've been drinking alot of beer lately, which is a good thing. I have, possibly, been spending too much time and money at Angelo's (34th and Bank). I had my LG&E shutoff last week, (coldest day of the year), after a minor payment snafu. I got it turned back on the next day, but the $240.00 worth of fees associated with that is killing me.
