I checked on my beer today, but didn't taste it. I'm afraid I will spoil it if I fuck with it too much. It is clearing up well and most of the floating colonies of yeast seem to be gone. I had my LG&E shutoff last week, (coldest day of the year), after a minor payment snafu. I got it turned back on the next day, but the $240.00 worth of fees associated with that is killing me.
