I checked on my beer today, but didn't taste it. I'm afraid I will spoil it if I fuck with it too much. It is clearing up well and most of the floating colonies of yeast seem to be gone. If I can resist, I'll wait 3 or 4 more days and then I'll taste it and decide if it's ready for bottling and secondary fermentation. I may condition it for a couple of weeks before drinking it.
