We used to love a band called Five Iron Frenzy. Sadly they are no longer together. But after they broke up, a couple of them formed another band called Brave Saint Saturn. Last Tuesday I had my bowel surgery. The surgeon said it went really well, so I'm quite happy about that. He spent about half the time in the theatre fixing up the dodgey job they did when I had bowel surgery in Tasmania 6 years ago. Faith
I find great comfort in the fact that there's really nothing I can do to muster faith. The bible says clearly that its totally a gift from God, and not of myself. That makes me smile, because it means I have no choice but to marvel at God's grace once again.
