"Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful."
Hebrews 10:19-23.

I am super excited about this. God is faithful!:)

I really love Hebrews. I think its my favourite book of the bible. I love the symbolism of the torn curtain! A new and LIVING way!

That we can have confidence to enter the most holy place is mind-blowing! He who promised certainly is faithful!

i love hebrews too. We're doing through it in CBS at the moment actually. It's so interesting. The writer is so eloquent and I really love how he/she takes us through the sacrificial system and explains all the sacrifices and how instead of having high priests make sacrifices for us, our ultimate high priest made the sacrifice...and now (possibly from 1 peter) we're called to be a kingdom of priests- making sacrifices is our job, and our temple are our bodies (1 cor 6)..
It's so mindblowing how it fits together!!! I love it. The more i learn the more sense it makes.

"We can come to him with the tiniest little bit of faith we can muster, and reach out and touch the bottom of his clothes, and he will make us whole."
