I'm home feeling miserable and very sorry for myself.  This is the absolute worst time to get sick--my last day working as a receptionist at the physiotherapy clinic is on Thursday, and I start my new job on Monday!  It could be worse, I realize, such as coming down with the flu the day before the new job...
