What are some natural alternatives to caffeine? I'm very addicted, and trying to wean myself off. I want to get completely off it, but I still want a jolt of energy throughout the day.

Tips for quitting tobacco anyone?

I eat well enough, hardly ever drink alcohol, and am an occasional coffee drinker but I still smoke like an effing chimney. I would like to eliminate the drug nicotine from my life.
Tinctures, vitamins, methods (ex:master cleanse), distractions are all welcome.

Are there an herbs or vitamins that can hep someone detox from prescription alcohol. I have a friend who has been sober for 6 months who just went on a bender and he is in pretty bad shape.
