Cake Fix
I admit it, I keep a box of chocolate cake mix in the pantry -- for those days when I really really want something sweet and my fruit stash just isn't cutting it. Setting up my home office
I got a new job! YAY! However, my new job means that I'm going to have to telecommute from home. Which means I'll have to setup the home office for actual work-work. On the setup list:

another day, another cool app discovery
I've collected a fair bit of music from all over the internet, but that means I have a lot of duplicate songs. Since I only get fits of OCD, this usually didn't bother me until I realized that no way should one have to suffer a duplicate song when one only has 4 gb of space in one's phone.

Playlist management for Android
I figured out a way to manage my Android playlists -- by using Songbird and Profiles. The profile manager lets you manage multiple libraries. Just type in songbird -P and it'll load the profile manager. Plug in Android, mount the SD card, and point Songbird to the music folder. Voila! Android playlist management! To save a few pennies, I've been brown bagging my lunches to work. My co-workers go out to eat lunch regularly, spending anywhere between $8-12. That comes out to around $40-60 a week if I ate out with them all the time. Yesterday, they went to Pig & Whistle, trying to get me to go with them. Starting over... must have freeware programs for Windows
