I figured out a way to manage my Android playlists -- by using Songbird and Profiles. The profile manager lets you manage multiple libraries. Just type in songbird -P and it'll load the profile manager. Plug in Android, mount the SD card, and point Songbird to the music folder. Voila! Android playlist management!
