No don't worry, nothing too bad has gone wrong. My big success of yesterday was getting my Kanon armwarmer done sans eyelets and lacing,only to realize today that I did it backwards.... the side I sewed up is the side that should have been left open for lacing, but the way I've done it at the moment it'd be easier to just redo the whole thing than ( Read more... )

Very proud of myself yesterday. From 11am to 8pm with some minimal breaks for food and snack during that time I was sewing. Working on KanonXKanon cosplays for Akon....OMG just one more weekend between now and con. Had a busy weekend that was full of awesome and fun. Yesterday and today have both been busy days at work. I've come home kinda tired and drained and last night had one of the worst headaches in a long time. Have had a off and on one tonight, nowhere near as bad as last night ( Read more... )

So work was a real blargh most of this week. Not too terrible just lots going on and for thurs & fri I pulled in an hour and a half of OT. Not like it'll make a huge diff on a check for me but anything extra in the money department is always welcome.

So my brother has been trying to call me all weekend. This is the on who lives in Qatar so he can call me, but I can't call him back. He finally got a hold of me last night and it was letting me know what his wedding plans were since apparently his divorce has officially gone through and he can marry his current fiance. Have been so amazingly blah-tastic today. Got out to the car on the way to work and realize I forgot my knitting bag so after going back in to grab it and getting on the road I realize I left my water bottle in the house. Thoroughly enjoyed my doll meet yesterday. I knitted a headdress for one of my dolls to go with an outfit that I don't have hair accessories for. It turned out really cute.
