Meteor Shower
A couple of us went out last night and took in part of the meteor shower, and "shooting stars" are one of those things that still make me feel like a kid. The years sort of just shed away when you're pointing, oohing and awing. Dreams and junk
Went up to Couer D' Alene with some friends this last weekend and hung out at the lake and the art festival. Seems my patience for tchotch has plummeted recently. Traveling
I finally finished finals, and am taking a month away from the law to go work as a carpenter with my Dad. I had planned on taking the trip as a road trip and spending the whole summer, but I have a bunch of paid research to do so I am only going for a month, and then coming back to Idaho (where incidentally, we made national news this morning for ( Read more... ) -

I start finals a week from today. We in law school don't bother with a dead week. Our wonderful Profs are teaching new stuff right up the last minute of class, and in most cases, they keep us over for that last one.

Dinner
Reason number 6,437 that I do not have a six pack...I just had strawberry shortcake for dinner, and I would do it again. -
Neighbors, cats, and snakes
I don't know if I have posted about my neighbors previously. I live in one half of a townhouse. Both sides are three bedrooms, one and a half baths. My lovely neighbors pack 4 undergrads in, and I currently share with a roommate who is never around. I have only had to go over there a couple times to tell them to ratchet it down a notch. I couldn't sleep last night, so I got up and turned on the television and there was a dvd workout system infomercial on the channel I turned on. The dvd/system was called, I kid you not, "Yoga Booty Ballet." If you spend money on something called "Yoga Booty Ballet," you deserve to be fat ( Read more... ) -

So I went from perfect weather to 35 degrees and sleet and hail. I can't wait to be a vapor trail out of Idaho after I graduate law school. Have broken down and arranged for some roommates for next year. I just can't afford to live by myself. It actually will be nice to have to cook for more than one again.
