Neighbors, cats, and snakes

I don't know if I have posted about my neighbors previously. I live in one half of a townhouse. Both sides are three bedrooms, one and a half baths. My lovely neighbors pack 4 undergrads in, and I currently share with a roommate who is never around. I have only had to go over there a couple times to tell them to ratchet it down a notch. I'm turned on by a man killing snakes for me. Luckily I went from crazy-unafraid-of-snakes-Mom to marrying my snake-kiling Hubby. :D

Non-poisonous snakes are harmless and very good for the local ecosystem. They keep insects, rodents, and other nuisance critters in check. Plus, they are very cute: all cool and quiet and sleek.

Leave the poor serpents alone. They have enough to deal with and it wasn't their fault that Eve was a stupid bitch.

Well that explains why you like Octavian. The only nuisance creature in my back yard was the cat.
