So I noticed that Drake (my hammy) was holding her back foot funny, then I saw it was bleeding! It's bleeding enough that it's been tracked over her bedding. I'm pretty sure it's her outer toe on her left back foot; the whole toe is still there so I'm quite certain it's just a cut of some sort ( Read more... )

My hamster ended up cutting herself last night somehow, I stayed up until probably 3:30am just to see if she was gonna do anything . I couldn't tell where she was bleeding from cuz she wouldn't stay still. I was just holding my female dwarf hamster and trying to cut her nails, but noticed that my hand was smeared with a little blood... looking closer at the hammy, her vagina is a little bloody and I'm completely freaking out.
