Math HW full score! <3
I got full score on my latest math HW! We had a rather interesting proof on there about the direct sums of a series of subspaces being isomorphic to a function that returns an ordered tuple with a value at only ONE of the coordinates.
^___^ I feel proud! Our grader put "good!" on it!

On Sunday, Anna, Kyle, and I went to the Obon Festival in the Palo Alto Buddhist Temple. Obon is a Japanese holiday held to "honor the departed spirits of one's ancestors." summer 1: miyazaki
We did quite a few fun things this summer...
Anna, Kyle, Jaclyn, and I went to Berkeley to see Miyazaki get interviewed by a prof; there, I also saw Tomoya--I had forgotten how tall he is and how strongly he smells of Old Spice. There were forced smiles and of course, a lack of conversation.

So, continuing on about my week of drama, I got the lease for a loft! :D
It's gonna be very cramped, but I am living with 4 other girls. Me, Amy, Wan [current roommate], Jaclyn Louie [roommate's friend, and my friend :) ], and possibly Emily Loh. Unfortunately, Emily Loh might not be able to live with us....due to financial reasons. We'll see.
